Dill Chicken Paillards with Tomato-Dill Relish

I made one of our favorite easy chicken recipes for dinner again tonight. This packs a ton of flavor, and it doesn’t need any time to marinate. My favorite thing to do with this is to buy chicken cutlets so I don’t have to spend time cutting and pounding out chicken. This comes together really quickly – perfect for a busy weeknight.
