Crusty White Bread with Poppy Seads and Fleur de Sal

For the last bit of my no-knead bread dough, I topped it with olive oil, fleur de sal and poppy seeds. This one was the best yet – I’m not sure if it’s because it was in the fridge for longer, or if it’s because I was getting the hang of baking it, but either way, it was awesome!
