Slow-Cooker Balsamic Roast Beef French Dip Sandwiches

Crockpot Balsamic Roast Beef French Dip Sandwiches

I used some of the leftover Slow-Cooker Balsamic Beef to make French Dips for lunch, using the same method that I’ve used before with slow-cooker beef. I heated up the beef and juice in the microwave. I sliced some kaiser rolls in half and broiled them, cut side up, until they were golden. I smeared the toasted surfaces with some butter that I loaded up with garlic powder. Then, I put meat on the bottom halves, topped each with a slice of provolone, and re-broiled them until the cheese was nice and melty. I put the juice in a ramekin and sliced the sandwiches in half to make them dip-able. Yum! This is definitely a great way to use leftovers!
