My mom always made cole slaw to go with her pot roast, and I’ve kept that tradition going in my house. I love having something nice, cool and refreshing to go alongside the roast. It’s one of my favorites!

1 head green cabbage
apple cider vinegar
Miracle Whip light
1. Core cabbage and shred in food processor.
2. Put in large bowl and add a few tablespoons of Miracle Whip. Splash with vinegar, sprinkle with sugar, and thin with milk. Adjust seasonings to taste.
