A few bold ingredients make the perfect overnight marinade for a these flavorful, succulent grilled pork chops.

  • 6 boneless pork chops, trimmed of any visible fat
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 150 ml of red wine
  • 150 ml of Classico Coffee
  • 3 spoonfuls of honey
  • Salt and black pepper, freshly ground
  • Juice and grated pulp of a lemon or lime

  1. Mix all ingredients except pork chops in a large zip top bag. Add pork chops and let them marinate overnight.
