Description

A few bold ingredients make the perfect overnight marinade for a these flavorful, succulent grilled pork chops.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 boneless pork chops, trimmed of any visible fat
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 mashed cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp of minced fresh parsley
  • 150 ml of red wine
  • 150 ml of Classico Coffee
  • 3 spoonfuls of honey
  • Salt and black pepper, freshly ground
  • Juice and grated pulp of a lemon or lime

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except pork chops in a large zip top bag. Add pork chops and let them marinate overnight. Remove the chops from the bag, place on the grill and cook until the pork chop releases from the grill, about 4 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for about 3 minutes. Serve with your favorite rice and vegetables!
