I baked these to bring over to a friend's house today. Oh. My. God. They were awesome! I saw "medium cookie scoop" and grabbed what I thought was medium, but I ended up with massive cookies, and it only made 17. Next time, I'll make smaller ones. But these are a great way to warm up by the campfire without having to leave home. They were a big hit with my friend and her family, and I'll definitely make them again. They really made our house smell fabulous, too. Yum!

I'll take s'mores however I can get em. Cookie-form included. Possibly even preferred.

Always happy to give anyone an excuse to avoid bedtime...unless it's MY kid 😉 Seriously though, these cookies ROCK! I can't wait to make another batch of (smaller) cookies!
