Baked Brie with Damson Plum Jam & Pecans

Baked Brie with Damson Plum Jam & Pecans

I’ve been wanting to try out making a baked brie appetizer for a while now, and I finally did! I thawed out some puffed pastry, put a small wheel of brie on top, spread on a generous amount of jam, sprinkled with chopped pecans and then sealed it all up by folding up the pastry. I baked it at 425°F for 20-25 minutes. We had crackers with it, but really, you can just eat it with a fork and be happy. The puff pastry is perfect. Yum!
