- 1 piece naan
- 1/3 cup Bacon and Caramelized Onion Jam
- 1 1/2 tablespoons crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 green apple, thinly sliced
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place naan on a baking sheet. Spread bacon and caramelized onion jam all over the naan, leaving about half an inch all the way around the edges for the crust. Sprinkle gorgonzola over the jam. Bake until the cheese starts to melt and the edges of the naan get crispy, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle apples and green onions over top. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
