I made a side salad tonight with some produce I had in the house. I used baby spinach, carrot, daikon, avocado, chives, grape tomatoes, lemon infused olive oil and aged balsamic with a sprinkle of fleur de sal and a little freshly ground black pepper. It was refreshing and tasty!
