Description

A zesty, sweet-and-spicy dressing is the perfect coating for this colorful cilantro-studded slaw.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounce package broccoli slaw mix
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced on an angle (about 1/3 cup)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Place slaw mix, green onions and cilantro in a large bowl. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Pour about 3/4 of the dressing over the slaw and toss well to combine. Add additional dressing as needed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
