A zesty, sweet-and-spicy dressing is the perfect coating for this colorful cilantro-studded slaw.
Ingredients

- 12 ounce package broccoli slaw mix
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced on an angle (about 1/3 cup)
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated lime zest
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Place slaw mix, green onions and cilantro in a large bowl. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Pour about 3/4 of the dressing over the slaw and toss well to combine. Add additional dressing as needed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
