Arugula Salad with Pear, Goat Cheese and Fig Balsamic

For lunch, I made an easy and delicious salad: arugula with (a lot of) crumbled goat cheese, pear slices, fleur de sal, freshly cracked black pepper, some good extra-virgin olive oil and fig balsamic. It was great!
