Description

These shrimp have a taste similar to lobster. Great taste without dealing with the hassle!

Ingredients

Scale

1-2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 pound Argentinian Red Shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 teaspoons Penzeys Chesapeake Bay seasoning (or Old Bay)
Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for garnish
Parsley, roughly chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Heat a large non-stick skillet over moderate heat.

Add oil, garlic and onion and sauté until the onions begin to soften.

Add in shrimp and Chesapeake Bay seasoning and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are just cooked through.

Serve, garnishing with lemon wedges and parsley, if desired.
