Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on Homemade English Muffins

We decided to make breakfast sandwiches out of the English Muffins that I made. They were great! Dino fried up some eggs and bacon in the cast iron skillet, and we topped them with cheddar cheese and gobbled them up. Yum!

I used the cast iron grill pan to cook the muffins – awesome!
