We’ve been wanting to smoke some ribs on the grill again, and we decided that July 4th would be the perfect occasion. So I looked up the best rib recipe we’ve made in my blog archives, and realized that the other time we made them was exactly a year ago! These ribs are wonderful, and they’re well worth the effort. We posted a tutorial on how to make them last year as well, so take a look if it feels a bit intimidating. These ribs definitely benefit from some homemade BBQ sauce. The meat falls right off the bones…perfect summer food!
