Pork Chops with Gravy

We’ve had a few dinners out lately, so I haven’t been cooking much, and when I have, it’s been TNT stuff that I’ve already posted. Tonight, I didn’t really use a recipe, I just made pork chops with gravy and served it with some pierogis and sweet peas. All I did to the pork chops was to dredge them lightly in some flour that I added thyme, salt and pepper to, fried them in an iron skillet with a little vegetable oil, and then made a gravy with chicken broth and flour and all of they yummy brown goodness that was stuck to the bottom of the skillet. Very comforting and very easy!
