Sunday night I made stir-fry out of the leftover marinated steak from Saturday. It was pretty good. I had an onion, red pepper, green pepper, and some green beans from the farmer’s market. I sauteéd this all with some garlic and lite teriyaki sauce, threw in the meat, some and some pineapple juice to try to get the meat to moisten back up. i threw in the rest of the grilled pineapple at the end, and finished it up with a nice side of the coconut sticky sweet rice from Saturday, and some black sesame seeds. It was a nice, quick, tasty meal.
