This is a recipe we developed to utilize the awesome Strawberry-Rosemary Vodka that we created for my other project, The Domestic Mixologist. This is a fun steak that was pretty low maintenance. Great for a weekday dinner, as long as you have time to let it marinate and don’t mind a few dirty pans. But hey, while it’s marinating, you can have a cocktail or two!
