My parents were visiting for my son’s second birthday, and I wanted to make something for dinner that would be easy and delicious. My dad isn’t very adventurous with what he eats, so I had to keep it “simple”. He usually won’t even touch onions, but I know he likes these sandwiches, so it was all good. Continue Reading →

This is my spicy take on the chili my mom used to make when I was growing up. She always used ground beef, but I like mixing it up and using turkey most of the time. Either is really good here. This recipe makes a lot of chili, and it’s awesome comfort food that’ll wake up your taste buds. Continue Reading →

The first time I had stuffed bell peppers, they were amazing. My friend’s mom made them for us, and it was one of the tastiest things I had ever eaten. Since then, I’ve never found any that I really cared for. In fact, I checked, and I haven’t tried cooking … Continue Reading →

I saw this recipe online and was really intrigued by the combination of balsamic and BBQ. I baked mine, and it turned out great! It didn’t look appetizing at all…but it tasted great! The sauce is rich and tangy, and the chicken stayed nice and juicy. I baked chicken thighs … Continue Reading →

Tonight was the first time we had a “real” dinner party at our house (other than our Supper Club) since we started the kitchen remodel (which is almost finished, I swear!). I decided that I wanted to make my good ol’ standby Balsamic Marinated Pork Tenderloin for the main course, … Continue Reading →
